We met anther person who had a bet not honored because the dealer didn't understand the table limits. Dealer was a bit more lively, but made simple mistakes- even forgot to deal herself cards.
They kept confusing bets and paying out the wrong people. On the Craps table, there was only 1 person who knew how to play the game.
We were there on New Years Day and things were most certainly 'off'.
This may have been the worst casino I've ever visited.
